On Tuesday, a winter storm warning went into effect in Buffalo when the city was hit with almost a foot of snow.
While some local schools were cancelled, including area colleges, UB remained open. A notice on the UB Alert website warned students about traveling delays due to the weather, however nothing has been sent to student emails.
Some students took to Twitter as a platform to tweet their annoyances with the university.
Many felt UB should have closed.
UB knows there's a snowstorm going on outside right?

Others said they felt UB didn’t properly accommodate students. Many tweeted they felt nothing was plowed or shoveled on campus.
UB, its okay that had school today but you could at least plow the lots and the sidewalks so students can actually get to the buildings
