Successful spring primes UB women’s soccer for big season
For a team that has begun a winning tradition the past two seasons, the Buffalo women’s soccer team has some minor rebuilding that needs to be done before next season. The Bulls are losing six players, with starting defenders Jackie Hall and Kristin Markiewicz and leading scorer Kassidy Kidd graduating and Brianna Shingary, a rising star in the program, transferring to Pittsburgh.
UB softball’s Katie Weimer maintains hot streak
Weimer has played in 41 games this season and has nine home runs, 40 RBI and a batting average of .333. There are eight games remaining in the season and she is three RBIs away from breaking the school's record for most RBIs in a season.

UB women’s basketball set for MAC Tournament play-in game after defeating Kent State
The women’s basketball team defeated Kent State (6-22, 3-15 Mid-American Conference) 63-47 in Saturday’s regular reason finale at Alumni Arena and will host a MAC Tournament play-in game against Bowling Green on Monday. 
UB women’s basketball upsets top-seeded Ohio for second time
For the second time this season, the Bulls (15-12, 7-9 MAC) defeated Ohio (22-5, 14-2 MAC), this time besting the Bobcats 70-58 in Athens, Ohio on Saturday afternoon. 
UB women’s basketball loses by 15 in ‘passive’ performance
The Bulls (12-12, 4-9 Mid-American Conference) continued their downward slide with a 70-55 loss to Eastern Michigan (16-8, 7-6 MAC) that caused Legette-Jack to apologize to Buffalo’s fans and athletic director.
Second half dooms UB women’s basketball in loss to Toledo
On Wednesday, the Bulls (11-11, 3-8 Mid American Conference) fell to Toledo (13-9, 8-3 MAC) 71-60 at Savage Arena in Toledo, Ohio after a big second half for the Rockets erased an impressive 29-28 halftime lead for Buffalo.
