The Peachbeach  duo, designers and illustrators, Attila Szamosi (right) also known as Vidam  and Lars Wunderlich (left) also known as  Look create designs for various urban art projects, illustration, graffiti and design. The duo have transformed their pass graffiti writing and have done projects for Converse, Red Bull, Nike and Universal Music Group.

Graffiti artists use Berlin as their canvas

Indeed, across Berlin, former law-breaking street artists and taggers are increasingly finding ways to turn their passion to profit. Dozens of new businesses that include graphic design, mural painting and teaching tagging to youth have blossomed in the German capital in the past 15 years. Tour companies offer “graffiti” tours by former taggers and artists and even the city’s senate hires former taggers to lead graffiti workshops as a way to engage disenfranchised youths.

Hendrick auf der Heidt is the founder, owner and CEO of Sky Line Gallery Berlin. Heidt began as an illegal graffiti artist and grew as widely known artist in Berlin, painting in various countries.
