The Music is Art festival started in Buffalo in 2003 and will be held in Delaware Park on Sept. 10. There will be a surplus of food trucks, vendors and activities throughout the entire day.

Frank Ocean Blond(e) album review

It’s been a long four years for Frank Ocean fans. His last album Channel Orange offered deep cuts of unrequited love as well as socially unforgiving love. His music was reflective of not only his emotions, but his sexuality, as he’s the only male in R&B to be open about his bisexuality.


Netflix’s newest original series "Stranger Things"  is one of the best Stephen King adaptations thus far.

‘Stranger Things’ season one review

The story begins in the fictional town of Hawkins, Indiana – the Duffers’ own little Castle Rock – in 1983 with the disappearance of 12-year-old Will Byers (Noah Schnapp, “The Peanuts Movie,”2015), who vanishes from his home under suspicious and possibly supernatural circumstances after a particularly grueling “Dungeons & Dragons”campaign.


“Captain America: Civil War” will appear in theaters on May 6.

UB Spring Fest packs Alumni Arena

On Saturday, a crowd of 6,500 people packed Alumni Arena to see this year’s lineup, which featured The Chainsmokers, Mac Miller, Icona Pop and Coleman Hell. Saturday's attendance was a substantial increase compared to the 2015 and 2014 concerts and left approximately 500 students outside after the line was cut off.

UB students react to Spring Fest moving inside

On Tuesday, UB’s Student Association sent an e-mail to all students notifying them of the venue change for Spring Fest. The Chainsmokers, Mac Miller, Icona Pop and Coleman Hell were originally suppose to perform outdoors at Baird Point, but will now perform inside Alumni Arena.
