Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown addressed the 'safer, stronger, and smarter' City of Buffalo on Feb. 19 with a list of high hopes for Buffalo's future. A crowd of disillusioned laborers, however, lined the streets surrounding the Convention Center to publicly display their grievances with the Brown administration.
