UB University Police gets nine first aid calls, makes one arrest at Fall Fest

University Police received nine first aid calls, broke up two fights and made one arrest at Fall Fest Saturday night.

Deputy Chief of Police Joshua Sticht said UPD first began receiving first aid calls for people waiting in line before the Alumni Arena doors even opened. He said most of the nine first aid calls made were for intoxication or heat exhaustion.

UPD arrested one person who refused numerous times to leave the concert after it had been closed for capacity, according to Sticht. He also said UPD had to intervene with two fights in the crowd.
