Buffalo student-athletes unify as voters

More than 115 student-athletes who were unregistered made sure they became eligible before election deadlines at Alumni Arena.

'I feel as if this election is a big make-or-break point for my future' said Jillian Bliss, a junior pole-vaulter on the track and field team. 'I felt even more motivated to take action and let my voice be heard.'

Academic staff and coaches encouraged teams to take steps in order to be active in this election.
