Perspectives

Greg Dobrick, a senior communication major

Who are you voting for: Barack Obama

Why: I don't think people should base their vote on the person running, but on their party's policies. Republicans have had their chance.

Who do you think will win: It's too hard to predict.

Christine Dobrick, a freshman political science major

Who are you voting for: Barack Obama

Why: I've been a strong supporter of Obama since the primaries. You can't vote for a candidate based on just one policy. You might vote Republican because you are pro-life, but what about their plan for the economy? Also, Palin scares me.

Who do you think will win: It's too hard to say. If the young people don't vote then the same thing is going to happen this year that happened four years ago.

Adam Williamson, a UB Law School student:

Who are you voting for: I'm not voting

Why: I think Obama lacks the experience to be president and I think that McCain's policies would not be good for the country. I don't think it's right to vote for someone if you don't think they'd be good for the job.

Who do you think will win: Probably Obama by small margin.
