Hillel of Buffalo host traditional Jewish Passover Seder

Hillel of Buffalo kicked off Passover with two Seder dinners, one on Friday and the other on Saturday night. The dinners were held in Pistachios in the Student Union. The Passover Seder dinner is a Jewish ritualistic feast that marks the start of the Jewish holiday of Passover. Passover is a holiday that celebrates the Jewish liberation from the Egyptians who enslaved them.

‘ReTree the District’ phase four

Kenney, along with other students, professors and community members, joined the University Heights Collaborative and University District Common Council Saturday to “ReTree the District,” an initiative to plant 1,000 trees in the University Heights neighborhood off South Campus. The initiative has been going on since 2014 and has separate phases, with this past Saturday being the fourth.


A mojito is a great cocktail to enjoy while sitting by the beach or pool.
