One thing women's head basketball coach Linda Hill-MacDonald couldn't have been thankful for over the holiday break was her team's abysmal shooting."This didn't look like the team that played last weekend," Hill-MacDonald said.The Bulls (2-4) averaged just 28 percent shooting from the field in their pair of losses against Youngstown State (1-2) and Holy Cross (3-3) over Thanksgiving break.Hill-MacDonald guided her team into Youngstown, Ohio for a Tuesday match up with the Penguins at the Beeghly Center.

SA puts the 'giving' in Thanksgiving

Boxes piled with clothes and packages stuffed with food were a sign of the Student Association's annual clothing drive being put into high gear this past Saturday.The clothing and canned goods donated to the drive are dispersed to the Buffalo community."It benefits the Buffalo city mission, a non-profit organization that provides food and clothing to underprivileged families in the area," said Alison Merner, SA club services director.In order to increase donations, SA has given its clubs a challenge that began in October and ends mid-November so that the donations will be ready in time for Thanksgiving."It's a competition between clubs," Merner said.
