Eric arrived at the University at Buffalo in 2005, initially as a nuclear medicine major. Quickly realizing that nuclear medicine was not for him and that he wouldn't receive superpowers from a freak science accident, he switched to an English major. During his tenure as an English major, he quickly developed an interest in journalism.
After taking a number of journalism courses, Eric finally took the Spectrum class. For the first semester he was a mild-mannered reporter for the Arts Desk. He quickly moved up the ladder, first becoming an advance writer and then an assistant arts editor. He is currently the arts editor. He never sleeps.
