10/29

8:57 p.m. - The Amherst Fire Department (AFD) was notified that a 19-year-old female in the basement dance studio of the Center For the Arts was complaining that "her heart hurts" and was crying and in pain. The complainant called to request first aid evaluation but later called back stating the victim requested an ambulance. University Police (UPD) contacted Twin City Ambulance, which arrived on location.

9:23 p.m. - Patrol contacted Twin City Ambulance for a UB student who was having trouble breathing after using marijuana. Twin City Ambulance transported the victim to Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital. UPD reported the victim was issued Student-Wide Judiciary (SWJ) paperwork. A Kenmore taxi was notified for pick up.

9:49 a.m. - A UB student called to report a suspicious incident that occurred in Greiner Hall. The complainant believed between the time of 1:15 p.m. and 3 p.m., somebody entered her room without permission while she and her roommate were not present. The complainant stated she thinks the intruder may have removed a bee's nest from the window frame connected to the room. She also stated she and her roommate did not file a work order to remove the bee's nest. Wind blew the window open and housing was on the scene.

12:48 a.m. - A cab driver called UPD stating the subjects in his cab were refusing to pay him. UPD indentified the people as UB students. The students eventually paid their cab fare.

3:41 a.m. - A UB student called UPD saying his friend was having trouble breathing. AFD was notified. The student was transported to Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital.

4:40 a.m. - A UB student called UPD saying his friend had too much to drink and was ill outside the Crossroads Culinary Center dining hall in Moody Terrace. AFD was notified and the student refused transportation.

11/2

10:27 a.m. - A Goodyear public service announcement reported there were four black males drinking alcohol in paper bags in the Goodyear dining hall on South Campus. The students were referred to SWJ for an alcohol violation.

11:47 p.m. - A First Transit supervisor reported a bus coming into Core Road with a sick UB student on board. UPD arrived on scene but the student was gone on arrival.

11/3

1:38 a.m. - A caller reported a white male - who was wearing a white button-down shirt and glasses and standing in the middle of Augspurger Road in front of Flint Village - was knocking on the windows of cars passing by. Thecomplainant stated the male looked sick and in need of help. UPD was dispatched. A second caller near Flint Village reported one of his workers saw the subject in front of the village and he was incapacitated. On location, UPD reported the subject was running from them.

4:10 a.m. - From cameras of the Goodyear Hall lobby, UPD observed a white male wearing a Buffalo Bills jersey passed out on the floor. UPD was dispatched and observed the subject walking out to the bus stop. He appeared normal and not in need of assistance.

7:16 a.m. - A female UB student reported there might be a female passed out in the ladies restroom on the fifth floor of Fargo Hall. The student did not see the female but heard her vomiting. UPD checked the area and the subject was gone on arrival.

11/4

10:24 p.m. - A Creekside community assistant reported there were two subjects smoking what he thought was marijuana by the tennis courts at Creekside Village. UPD identified the subjects as two UB students and "advised" both of them for marijuana, according to the report. UPD confiscated the marijuana and paraphernalia.
