The food trucks at Buffalo Untapped, like the popular Llyoyd Taco Truck and Franks Gourmet Hot Dogs, were busy from when the event opened at 5 p.m. until the event ended at 9 p.m. Lloyd Taco Truck and UB’s own Big Blue served people until their lines ended around 9:10 p.m.
