11:19 p.m. – A caller reported a smell of natural gas near a laundry room in Spaulding Quadrangle Building 6. Patrol reported a faint odor near the room. A report was filed.


2:12 a.m. – UPD reported an unoccupied New York registered car was parked in the Governors C Lot without a hangtag. The vehicle was associated with a UB student and no sign of foul play could be seen.


11:00 p.m. – An anonymous caller wished to report drug activity at an off campus location. UPD took all information and an investigation is underway.


7:48 a.m. – UPD reported graffiti on a United States Mail box outside of the campus bookstore - the box was tagged with the words “Kenzo.” Patrol reported that the “Kenzo” tag has been reported in various areas of North Campus including: Lockwood Library, the Student Union, Jacobs Hall and the Millard Fillmore Academic Center.

5:28 p.m. – An intrusion alarm was reported at CVS pharmacy in the UB Commons. UPD patrol reported that the glass entry doors to the store were secure but the exterior door was unsecure. UPD secured the premise.


9:48 p.m. – Amherst Police Department reported reckless driving in the area of Skinnersville and Creekside. The car was driving slow and weaving. UPD arrived on the scene but the vehicle was gone on arrival.

11:16 p.m. – UPD reported a marijuana complaint in the Wilkeson Quadrangle. There was nothing found when the Patrol arrived.


1:19 a.m. – A Buffalo Transportation dispatcher reported that a cab had sent out a distress call in front of Governors. The dispatcher was unsure what the trouble was. UPD reported a minor dispute over cab fare and the issue was resolved.

9:03 a.m. – A UB student reported that his bike was stolen from the Baldy hall bike rack between 3/13 and 3/23. The student reported the lock had been cut. The bike is a black Vilano road bike. A report was filled with UPD.

9:14 a.m. – UPD reported graffiti on exterior door of Baldy Hall facing the Student Union. The door was tagged with the word “Kenzo.”

2:01 p.m. – A patrol reported that a New York registered car was parked in the Governors service road and taking up two service vehicle spots. UPD reported that the driver’s side mirror and rear bumper were damaged. Patrol issued a parking ticket.
