9/10
1:22 a.m. – A First Transit worker reported a person was trying to get on a bus with a dog. The dog was a military veteran service dog and the owner was giving the bus driver a hard time. First Transit eventually agreed to let them take the bus to South Campus with a dog.
9/11
10:41 a.m. – UB student reported dental equipment, worth $1,000, was stolen from his locker in Squire Hall. Patrol took note of the report.
9/12
6:16 p.m. – UPD identified a male student was urinating on Bissell Hall, UPD’s police station. Police told the student the laws regarding indecent exposure and he was then taken off campus. He was also found to have a friend’s UB card, which was confiscated and given to Lost and Found. UPD managed to contact the owner of the UB card.
7:23 p.m. – An Ellicott employee reported 10 males were fighting in building five of Fargo Quadrangle by the vending machines. UPD reported witnesses said the fight was just a group of guys joking around. The members were gone upon UPD’s arrival.
8:31 p.m. – A domestic dispute broke out at UB Stadium’s West Side concession stand. Both parties had physical contact with each other. UPD arrested both parties and took them to UPD’s station.
8:34 p.m. – UPD was dispatched to the North East ground area of UB stadium near the mechanical bull because of unruly patrons. The area was then shut down.
8:42 p.m. – UPD was dispatched to the 30-yard line on UB’s football field due to students jumping onto the field to take pictures.
8:58 p.m. – A student attempted to steal UPD’s traffic cone. The student returned the cone and was released by UPD.
9:50 p.m. – A UB staff member reported a suspicious silver pick-up truck driving around in Michael Farber lot. UPD identified the owner of the truck, who was teaching a family member how to drive.
9/13
11:13 p.m. – Marijuana odors were reported from a Fargo dorm room. Residents did not initially open the door for UPD. All three were referred to Student-Wide Judiciary and UPD confiscated the marijuana.
