4:04 a.m.- University Police (UPD) found a person sleeping in the basement of the Silverman Library of Capen Hall. UPD reported the male graduated from UB last year. He was at a house party on Kaymar Drive and decided to wander to the university. He was advised and escorted from the building.
4/22
6 p.m.- A resident advisor witnessed Gowoon Park and Helen Chung use marijuana outside of Fargo building 2 near Lake LaSalle. The two students had marijuana, a smoking pipe and a lighter. UPD reported both subjects were issued Student Wide Judiciary paperwork, and the marijuana was confiscated for destruction.

6:28 p.m.- A UB staff member reported receiving an email on April 21 from a UB student. The email threatened to harm him and herself if her pharmaceutical externship schedule was not changed. UPD dispatched to Kapoor Hall to get more information. The staff member completed an aggravated harassment report. UPD notified Tonawanda Police to conduct a welfare check of the student. They were unable to make contact.
11:58 p.m.- A UB shuttle bus was parked at the gas pumps with the keys locked inside and the radio on. UPD attempted to unlock the bus with a Slim Jim with negative results. The Slim Jim became stuck in the shuttle's window. The officer asked a shuttle operator to open the bus. The vehicle was eventually moved from the area.

3:25 p.m.- A caller reported a fight in progress in the Alumni Arena Triple Gym. Witnesses reported subjects were arguing over a basketball game.
4/26
2:29 p.m.- A complainant reported theft of an unattended corn hole game outside of Harriman Hall. UPD was dispatched. The complainant called back after finding the game and no theft occurred.
4/27
12:59 a.m.- An Ellicott Complex hall director reported she was with seven students who were uncooperative. The students had alcohol and a laser pointer they were using to shine on people outside of the building. A resident of a different room claimed a person down the hall was using a green laser pointer to point at people at the carnival of the Richmond A lot. UPD checked the suspected room with negative contact.
10:13 p.m.- A Lehman Hall resident advisor reported a small amount of drugs and drug paraphernalia found during a room sweep. The occupant of the room was cooperative. The student was identified as Matthew Ostermann. Student-Wide Judiciary paperwork was issued to Ostermann.
