12:03 a.m. - A facilities supervisor in the Biomedical Research Building stated two of his employees reported a heavy odor of marijuana and two male subjects who did not belong there in the lobby. Police identified Dante Motley, a non-student, and arrested him.
11:07 a.m. - Amherst Police Department (APD) reported an accident between a UB bus and a car on Main Street and Bailey Avenue. The bus was empty and the drivers were uninjured.
1:01 p.m. - A complainant reported a Middle Eastern man, approximately 30 years old and 5-foot-10, was harassing female students sitting at a table in the Student Union. He was making religious comments and making them feel uncomfortable. Patrol reported the man also pushed a student for reasons unknown. The man was described as wearing a brown jacket, trucker baseball cap and glasses.
1:36 p.m. - A student reported a black car in Jacobs Carpool Lot with a racial slur written on it in the caked-on salt.
4:36 p.m. - Counseling Services reported having a student who needed to go to Erie County Medical Center on a voluntary admission for a psychiatric evaluation.
6:23 p.m. - A UB staff member reported hearing someone trying to get into Capen 212. He said it sounded like the subject used a key to gain entry. The complainant approached the subject and asked him for his ID. The subject presented a benefits card for Dwight Beverly Jr., a non-UB student, before walking away in an unknown direction. The subject was described as a young black male wearing a blue jacket and a multi-colored knit hat.

1:10 a.m. - Patrol identified two subjects found in the Silverman Library basement. Both were escorted from campus and one's library card was confiscated.

9:30 p.m. - Students Max Abraham, Ryan Beckinghausen and Sharon Yoo were issued Student Wide Judiciary (SWJ) paperwork for marijuana use, after police identified them in Marshall Court behind the Ellicott Complex.
11:12 p.m. - A Buffalo police officer reported Marcus Ashford, a non-UB student, was in her custody. Ashford had an active UPD warrant for driving with a suspended driver's license. He was turned over to UPD in the Dunkin Donuts parking lot on Main Street and Bailey Avenue. From there, he was taken to Buffalo City lock up.

12:05 a.m. - Students Jordan Stewart and Anthony Macias were petitioned to SWJ after patrol responded to a report of marijuana odor coming from a party on the fourth floor of Spaulding Quad Building 7.
1:24 p.m. - A student reported Campus Living entered his Flint Village apartment without knocking or notice. He was advised to contact the housing director.

5:03 p.m. - A Dewey Hall resident reported an unknown person attempted to throw a street sign through the glass door,shattering the outside pane of glass during the night.

2:25 a.m. - Joseph Kain, a non-student, was arrested for driving while intoxicated after patrol stopped him on Main Street and Custer Street for swerving across lanes.
5:30 a.m. - A custodial supervisor in Baird Hall reported an individual who appeared to be homeless was sleeping on the couches on the second floor of the building. The cleaning staff advised the individual to leave earlier in the evening. Patrol identified the subject and escorted him to Flint Loop.
8:53 a.m. - A UB employee reported a student came into her office to report two suspicious males walking in the basement of Cary Hall.
9:08 a.m. - A complainant reported graffiti in various locations around Red Jacket Quad. The majority of the graffiti was contained to Millard Fillmore Academic College room 336W. Facilities were notified to clean the vandalized areas.
5:46 p.m. - A student reported his car was keyed in Jarvis B Parking Lot.
