3:37 p.m. - UB students reported being harassed by the same person.

9:27 p.m. - A UB student reported the glass was smashed in the vending machine by 22 Knox Hall. Patrol reported the outer glass in the vending machine was broken but the second layer of glass in the vending machine was secure, as were the food products. Patrol checked the area around Capen Hall, but the subjects were gone on arrival.

10:42 p.m. - A resident advisor reported a strong odor of marijuana coming from Greiner Hall. Patrol said the complaint was unfounded.

6:54 a.m. - Ruth A. Henry attempted to enter Goodyear Hall for over an hour, according to a Main Street Market staff member. She was in the vestibule wearing a black coat, black pants, black boots and a hat, and she was carrying bags. She is wanted on a bench warrant for criminal mischief in the fourth degree from Syracuse Police Department; the police department would not extradite her. Henry was warned by patrols and transported to University Station.

3:43 a.m. - Rolando Valdes Cabada Jr. kicked in the door of his ex-girlfriend's dorm room in Red Jacket Quad, according to the hall director, who was advised by an RA. The suspect was located at Fargo Quad and taken into custody. His dorm key was confiscated and placed in housing key drawer in dispatch. Patrol advised the damage to the doors and a work order was submitted.

10:24 a.m. - Shaheryar N. Khan was transported to the Villas apartments on Rensch Road after driving with a suspended license and registration.

2:17 p.m. - A caller reported an unknown black male came up to him in Silverman Library and started cursing at him and then spit in his face. The suspect was approximately 6 foot 2, weighed 220 pounds and appeared to be in his 40s. He was wearing a red cap, dark coat and jeans and was seen headed toward O'Brien Hall. Witnesses at the library said both parties were at fault and the argument stemmed from the suspect objecting to the complainant sneezing in the library.

11:46 p.m. - Jason Gallacchi was referred to Student Wide Judiciary after a RA in Lehman Hall reported the odor of marijuana. In the room, patrol found Gallacchi and another student with a smoking device on the table.

2:42 a.m. - Tony Edwards and Keynone Cole were arrested at the corner of Main Street and Englewood Avenue for driving while intoxicated.

3:05 a.m. - A complainant reported an unwelcome guest in Silverman Library who has been sleeping there for the past week. The subject is a white male in his 50s, and he was wearing a black and gray hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and black boots.
