After today's live event, the editorial board has come to a decision on who it endorses for Student Association elections.
For the positions of president and vice president, the editorial board overwhelmingly endorsed Nischal Vasant and Shervin Stoney of the Student Alliance party.
In the endorsement for treasurer, Antonio Roman (Student Alliance) was endorsed over Ryan Linden (One Party).
For the delegate endorsement, the voting was much closer. Amanda Jonas (One Party) was endorsed by every member of the editorial board, with Amanda Horn (Student Alliance) and Jennifer Harb (One Party) following close behind.
The fourth and final spot was intitially a tie between Yanco Escano (Independent) and Yazan Alsaadeh (One Party). After a tiebreaking vote, Alsaadeh earned the nod.
SA elections will begin on Tuesday and go through Thursday in the Student Union Theater.
