Dining fit for a king

It's almost three months into the new year, but local restaurants are still celebrating by offering great deals on fresh meals for the price of $20.09.

???The restaurants are allowing patrons to eat like royalty, offering two or three course meals for the price of one entr?(c)e. Many Buffalo restaurants are participating in this weeklong event, running from today, March 23 through Sunday.

???During a period with no holidays, Western New York Local Restaurant Week is designed to stimulate the food service industry in the middle of what is generally a dead season. With spring on the way, the hope is that by offering bargain prices on great meals, patrons will come out of hibernation and catch a buzz off Buffalo's best restaurants.

???Some well known establishments will be participating in the weeklong event, including Hutch's, Sea Bar, Brodo, Toro Tapas Bar, Oliver's and many more. To check a full list of participating restaurants, visit www.localrestaurantweek.com.
