The UB women's swim team trailed St. Bonaventure until the final six events of the Bulls home opener on Wednesday. The Bulls won five out of the last six events, sweeping the three-meter diving competition to give the UB its first lead. The Bulls then took second and third place in the final event, the 400-meter freestyle relay to finish off the event.

Jennefer Brankovsky won three events, including the 500-meter freestyle, a race that served to swing the momentum in favor of the Bulls and ultimately lead the team to the meet victory.
