I rise today in full support of President Greiner. The President is correct in his statement that it is not the job of this institution to regulate or influence labor practices, anywhere. I have no problem with New Era Cap Company's globalization efforts by seeking alternative places for manufacturing. In other words, without ambiguity, 18-cents an hour in Bangladesh sounds good to me. However, $10 to $14 an hour in Derby sounds high to me, maybe they should take a pay cut and send it to Bangladesh.
So, in conclusion, caller Richard, caller Susan, feedback contributor Dan Cross, let me explain the situation to you confidently, as well as to President Greiner: "Mr. President, keep up the good work."
