Until You're Blue in the Face

There is nothing quite like standing up with 1,000 of your closest friends and making life a living hell for everyone who steps foot in your house. This is the mentality of those that make up the student section at men's basketball games.

All Smiles Super Bowl-winning Starks returns to UB

When James Starks walked into the press conference room in Alumni Arena on Tuesday night, the young NFL running back's smile was infectious. Starks, a former Bulls running back who won a Super Bowl two Sundays ago with the Green Bay Packers, was grinning ear-to-ear as he sat down with the media before the men's basketball team took on Ohio University. After returning to Western New York a week and a half ago, Starks has been greeted with nothing but love from his family and friends. "I came home, and saw all of the support I had," Starks said.

Bulls Don't Pack Enough Punch to Beat Bobcats

It's hard to believe that a matchup between the two top point guards in the Mid-American Conference on Tuesday night didn't get top billing. But that's exactly what happened when former Bulls running back and Super Bowl champion James Starks returned to UB to sign autographs and greet his fans back in Buffalo. Unfortunately for the Bulls (15-8, 7-5 MAC), Starks' presence didn't bring them any luck, as Ohio (13-13, 6-6 MAC) rode a 74 percent second-half shooting performance to a 76-69 victory on Tuesday night. Let the Playoffs Play Out

If you listen to any commentary about the NBA lately, you'd probably think that the playoffs don't matter that much. It seems like the only thing any NBA commentator wants to do is pin down how many teams can win the title ? and try to keep that number as low as possible. When the season started, ESPN announcer Jeff Van Gundy stated that he believed only four teams could win the title.

Bulls Crush Chippewas To Get Back To Winning Ways

True Blue nation has come to know junior forward Mitchell Watt as Mitchell "Swatt." On Tuesday night, Mr. "Swatt" was in strong form, helping the men's basketball team turn in one of its most dominant performances of the season. The Bulls (14-7, 7-3 Mid-American Conference) dismantled Central Michigan (6-16, 3-7 MAC) in every phase of the game and disposed of them 72-43.

Bulls Drop Second Straight MAC Meet

In the blink of an eye, a day that started with so much hope ended in disappointment and heartbreak for the wrestling team. After the Bulls (7-7, 0-2 Mid-American Conference) jumped out to an early 9-0 lead over Kent State (12-5, 2-0 MAC), they dropped six of their last seven matches en route to a 19-13 defeat in front of a raucous home crowd at Alumni Arena on Sunday afternoon. Head coach Jim Beichner felt the Bulls failed to take advantage of several key opportunities throughout the meet.

Broncos Can't Buck With the Bulls

Fans that showed up on Tuesday afternoon at Alumni Arena were treated to the women basketball team's best defensive performance of the season. Shooting woes were the story of the game and Western Michigan (6-17, 2-8 Mid-American Conference) shot 22 percent from the field, including 0-for-15 from 3-point territory.

Loser Envy

I look at the current Buffalo Bills fanbase and wish I could be a part of what's coming. If you don't understand what that means, it's actually a simple concept.
