Hardest majors list off mark

I am an electrical engineering major here at UB. I am aware that the classification of majors, with respect to which majors are harder than others, can be quite difficult. However, I know many students, including myself, were befuddled and aggravated at the results posted in the list ("Hardest majors at UB," Oct. 26).

Mechanical and electrical engineering were not on this list. Also, regarding the order of the degrees posted on the list, in some cases students did not concur. These students, disregarding myself, were enrolled in both non-engineering and engineering majors alike. It is my opinion that added care should be taken and more research should be done in the future, due to the potential sensitivity of an issue such as this.
