No different than past years


I think for the most part, you are correct, but I don't think it is any different than any of the previous generations ("The medicated generation," Ken Ilgunas, Oct. 19).

Instead of smoking weed, they smoked cigarettes. They always drank. There's several different kinds of drinkers and though it seems that we have so many kids who just want to get "f****d up," but I believe you can attribute that to the age group we're in. I believe that when the majority of one generation's population reaches that 16-24 range, that is what they do: look for a good time through drugs.
