Ever felt lacking in motivation to shape up and lose weight? Well, The Spectrum has a challenge for you.
Being healthy isn't about being dieting and exercise perfection - it's a lifelong endeavor. Making healthy choices is a daily struggle for most. It is when stress is high and there is no time to plan ahead that we are most vulnerable to temptation and plain ole laziness.
We invite you to join members of The Spectrum staff over the next four weeks to reshape your life. Whether your goal is to lose weight or simply eat healthier, this is your chance to take charge of your health.
Our contestants are human. They have and will make mistakes, but like you, they're committed to changing the way they think about food and exercise.
This challenge isn't about the numbers on the scale but about developing the habits necessary to lead healthier lives, and throwing the negative mindset of "diet" out the window. Forgive your mistakes. All is not lost when you indulge. Make the effort to get moving a couple of times each week. Use The Spectrum Challenge as your motivation and it will be on the only "diet" you will ever need.
Will you be joining us? Watch for special Spectrum Challenge articles in our feature section and let us know about your progress via email. We will also be checking in with each of our Spectrum contestants on a weekly basis to monitor their progress.
