As the semester gets underway and all of those unread textbooks and assignments begin to pile up on your desk, you're going to wish it was still winter break. Clip these easy chocolate desserts to your fridge for emergency situations.

Peanut Butter Fudge Bars

Ingredients:

1 yellow cake mix

2 eggs

1 cup of peanut butter

1 can of chocolate frosting

Mix together the cake mix, eggs and peanut butter until it becomes a stiff dough. Flatten 3/4 of the mixture into the bottom of a 13 by 9 inch pan and spread the chocolate frosting over the top. Drop chunks of the remaining dough over the frosting to create a third layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown, and benefit from the feel good endorphins of chocolate.

Candy Brownies

Follow the directions on a normal brownie mix. Cut Milky Way bars into chunks and stir into the brownie batter. Bake according to the directions on the brownie mix, and enjoy the thick, fudge-like decadence.

Frozen Candy Chocolate Bar

Follow the directions on a chocolate pudding mix. Cut Butterfinger bars into small chunks and stir into the chocolate pudding mix. Spoon the mixture into a cupcake pan, filling each only 3/4. Fill the remainder of each cupcake area with a dash of milk and store in freezer for a few hours until frozen. Pop each of the frozen pudding creations onto a plate and garnish with chocolate sauce and whipped cream.
