New York State Lt. Governor Kathy Hochul believes the new Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences will have a positive effect on the Buffalo community.
“I believe [the new medical campus location] will be a catalyst for change because it puts Buffalo on the map,” Hochul said.
