Shane Fallon is a senior English major in his fourth semester with The Spectrum. He has worked previously as both a staff writer and staff reporter for the Arts Desk, and an assistant editor for the Life Desk. During his tenure, he became the go-to Arts reporter for many of the new exhibits in Buffalo's art galleries.
In his first year with The Spectrum, Shane covered several events central to the UB community, most notably the spring SA elections and Lisa Lampanelli's performance in the CFA. This year, he has worked to bring a more literary perspective to both the Life Desk and The Spectrum, with his tell-it-like-it-is attitude to guide him.
Upon graduation, Shane hopes to travel the world, find a job and eventually write a book.
