Adrian Finch began writing at a young age. While other students found English class to be monotonous, she enjoyed the novels and the writing opportunities that it offered her. After graduating high school in 2007, Adrian attended the University at Buffalo as a communication major and began working towards a Journalism Certificate. In her sophomore year, she started as a staff writer for the Art's Desk for The Spectrum. Soon after, she was asked to be an Assistant Editor and was then promoted to Life Editor, then later Senior Life Editor.
Adrian finds inspiration for writing from her friends, family and the people around her. She finds a thrill and a purpose in reporting and educating students on events that are important to their future. Although a career in journalism isn't her ultimate goal, she hopes to use her writing experience to excel in the field of public relations. After graduating, Adrian hopes to attend graduate school and maintain a career that she's passionate about.
