Downtown Buffalo business leaders demand parking reform








'I have … suggested that the City consider equalizing the parking rates among their parking facilities as it is, in effect, giving a competitive advantage to businesses closest to the cheapest priced ramps, nudging those rates upward so that we have 10 to 15% vacancy in all City-owned ramps,' Lefebvre said. 'This would ensure that there is access to convenient parking for anyone wanting or needing to get downtown.'
