Gallipani named MAC East Player of the Week
Buffalo softball player Kristen Gallipani was named MAC East Player of the Week in a conference on Tuesday afternoon.
At the end of the week, Gallipani had a .421 battling average with seven RBIs, four homeruns and a 1.118 slugging percentage. She was a major factor in the Bulls' 6-0 win over St. Bonaventure, as well as a big help in Buffalo's 4-3 win versus Ball State.
Gallipani leads the Bulls with 13 RBIs and five homeruns.
