Stephanie Sciandra, the Senior Arts & Life Editor, was elected as the Editor in Chief of The Spectrum for the 2008-2009 academic year in an election held Monday night by the paper's Editorial Board.
"I'm truly looking forward to leading this staff," Sciandra said. "Being the Editor in Chief of such a well-respected and diverse paper is truly an honor."
The upcoming school year will be Sciandra's third year on staff. Sciandra is originally from Amherst, NY, and is a legal studies major. Sciandra's accomplishments include many news features and enterprise stories, as well as coordinating special issues.
