Rowing wraps up

The Bulls rowing team closed out the 2007 season at the Syracuse Invitational Saturday afternoon.

The Buffalo "A" crew finished in third place in the varsity eight race with a time of 17:22. The Buffalo "B" boat finished in sixth place in 18:17, the Bulls "C" boat finished in eighth at 18:38 and the team's "D" boat finished with a time of 19:09.

The "B" boat came in third place in the varsity for "A" flight with a time of 19:39. The Buffalo "A" boat finished just two seconds behind,

In the varsity four "B" flight, the Buffalo "D" boat finished in fourth place. The other Buffalo boats finished in sixth, seventh and eighth.

Buffalo's "A" boat finished in third place in the novice eight race with a time of 19:02. The Buffalo "B" boat finished in sixth and the Buffalo "C" boat finished in 20:29.

Bills-Patriots moved to primetime

The Nov. 18 match-up between the Buffalo Bills and the New England Patriots will be nationally televised on NBC. It was announced on Monday that the game, originally scheduled for 1 p.m. at Ralph Wilson Stadium, has been moved to an 8:15 p.m. start time.

It will be the second time this season that the Bills will play under the lights at home. The first was Oct. 8 against the Dallas Cowboys. Buffalo (4-4) must first travel to face the winless Miami Dolphins on Sunday at 1 p.m.

ESPN2 and ESPNU to broadcast Coaches vs. Cancer

Ten games in the Coaches vs. Cancer tournament will be broadcast live across the ESPN family. Select games in the opening round will be televised on ESPNU and the Championship Round doubleheaders at Madison Square Garden on Nov. 15-16 will be on ESPN2.

If the Bulls win their game against Ohio Valley on Wednesday afternoon, their next game against the winner of the Connecticut-Morgan State game will be broadcast on ESPNU at 9 p.m. on Thursday.
