Men's basketball schedule
The 2007 men's basketball season will begin on Nov. 7 against Ohio Valley in the Coaches vs. Cancer classic. There is a chance Buffalo will face powerhouse Connecticut in this tournament and with wins in the first two rounds, the Bulls can advance to Madison Square Garden.
Another notable game for the Bulls is the home opener on Nov. 13 against Big East opponent South Florida. Buffalo will have a rematch with Pittsburgh and face local rivals Niagara and Canisius. The Bulls will host a Bracket Buster game for the second consecutive year on Feb. 23. Mid-American Conference play does not begin until Jan. 5.
Women's basketball schedule
The first game of the season for the women's basketball team is Nov. 11 at home against Youngstown State. Head Coach Linda-Hill MacDonald will make a return to South Carolina to face the team she used to be an assistant coach for.
Buffalo is home to Canisius on Nov. 24 and will travel to Niagara on Dec. 1. The Bulls will start the new-year with a home game against Bucknell on Jan. 2. Buffalo begin MAC play Conference play begins on Jan. 9 when the Bulls travel to face Miami (OH).
