"Tibetan exchange program promotes peace, love, savings"

The 14th Dalai Lama has made plans to revisit the United States by participating in a local Foreign Leadership Exchange program, trading places in America with used vehicle tycoon Billy Fuccillo.

The program, started by Amherst Town associate director executive vice-chair for information Dennis Black, will launch a new era of learning and peace by August 2007.

"Life is a journey, not a guided tour," Black said. "Tibet is no exception."

Local students think the program is a magnificent idea.

"It's a magnificent idea!" exclaimed four RA's in handcuffs being led away from Putnams.

When asked about his selection for the exchange, Fuccillo responded only that he makes no apology for crushing the competition.

Fuccillo will lead a Tibetan prayer and automotive showcase in Botswana one week after his departure in August, and has received permission from the federal government to found an American embassy, for which he will choose an appropriate Prime Minister.

"I hope he picks me," said Rob Mercurio.

The Foreign Leadership Exchange program plans on next hosting Supreme Master Ching Hai, according to Dennis Black. She will be presenting "A Spiritual Journey Through HBO Programming" to Daemon College.

"Who is that man? I've never seen him before," commented one student, about Black. "Is he the vice-whatever guy?"

The Dala Lama was not available for comment.
