Turner named to All-MAC honorable mention team

Junior forward Heather Turner was selected for the 2006-07 All-MAC Honorable Mention team, as chosen by the Mid-American Conference. The dominant force down low leads the Bulls in rebounding, scoring and field goal percentage. Turner has her name in the national rankings, as she is third in the nation in field goal percentage at just over 61 percent. Turner can add this MAC award to her wall along with 2004-05 MAC Freshman of the Year, 2005-06 All-MAC Third Team selection and several MAC East Player of the Week awards.

Nenova sets school record for wins

Senior Miglena Nenova grabbed her 60th career victory to become the school's all-time leader in singles wins on Friday afternoon. In her win she moved past current Buffalo assistant coach Kristen Ortman for first-place on the Bulls' all-time list.
