In the past several months, the Graduate Student Association went through an extremely challenging period. It is very unfortunate these events occurred which affected the morale of the graduate students and the staff here at UB. We acknowledge there were weaknesses in our system of governance which is currently being reviewed and improved upon. An interim executive board has been elected to oversee the daily operations until the next GSA general election where permanent officers will be elected. During this transition period, the interim executive board would like to reaffirm its commitment to the graduate students, staff and our partners here at the university. We look forward to working with everyone and serving the needs of the students.
