Imes named MAC Scholar Athlete

Senior defensive back Jesse Imes was declared Mid-American Conference Male Scholar Athlete of the Week. Imes received the award after he intercepted a pass in overtime against Temple and recorded seven solo tackles in the 9-3 victory.

The award is presented to a MAC male athlete who has a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better and performs well during that week's competition. The winners are selected by a group of the conference's faculty athletic representatives.
