New pool regime
The women's swimming and diving team has a new head coach. Andy Bashor has been named to the position replacing interim head coach Scott Vanderzell. Bashor is the 11th head coach in team history.
Bashor comes to Buffalo following four seasons as the head assistant coach for the men's and women's swim teams at Rutgers University. Bashor has previous experience in the Mid-American Conference having spent two years as a graduate assistant swim coach at Ohio University.
Fall schedule
The women's volleyball team has released their schedule for the upcoming fall 2006 season. The Bulls will begin their season on Aug. 25, with a four-game road trip to the state of North Carolina.
Buffalo will open its home schedule when they host the Western New York Invitational on Friday Sept. 1. Mid-American Conference play will begin on Friday Sept. 22 when the Bulls host Kent State.
Every team will compete in the MAC Tournament at the end of the season, with the first-round games taking
