Students, professors, and community members alike gathered in the Flag Rom on the second floor of the Student Union for the Thai Food Festival 2006 on Monday night. Coordinated by the International Association, the celebration of Thailand's native cuisine featured several different dishes and a traditional Thai desert, as well as a demonstration on fruit and vegetable carving.
