Feb. 7: Bill Sherlock, chief justice of the Student-wide Judiciary, sends letters to all involved parties, telling them they must submit written briefs within three business days for the case to move forward.
Feb. 9: On the day the deadline starts, the accused Kased, Yador and Kang receive their letters and meet to discuss a course of action.
Feb. 14: Elevation '05 submits its brief outlining their position. The deadline passes without word from Pelkey or fellow party members Francisco Baiocchi and Liz Salzman.
Feb. 15: Kased files a motion to dismiss the case. Sherlock gives the complainants a weeklong grace period to contact him about any reasons they missed the deadline.
Tuesday: Sherlock and the SWJ rule to honor the defendants' motion to dismiss without recourse.
Thursday: Sherlock announces the SWJ decision.
