Junior resident Jen Koshy got a shock Saturday morning: her car?Os rear windshield was shattered during the night in a rash of criminal mischief that also claimed several broken headlights and the theft the license plates. NYS University Police told Koshy it was probably non-UB students who had been partying that night at the apartments. Campus police could not be reached for comment.
