I just wanted to say that I liked your article called, "The holy rollers" (Nicole Coleman, Oct. 10) I've not had the same trouble with those super religious types, but I'm sure if I had, I'd probably become a hateful person, which is why I'm glad I've not gotten too many of those weirdoes.
It was a well-written piece and makes me think of the writings of a friend of mine whose writing also makes it worth being literate for me. You know one thing that bothers me about attending UB is that it takes Jewish holidays off, but excludes political ones like Veterans Day. It doesn't bother me that the school administrators are Jewish, but it seems very unpatriotic of them to not take off the holidays that everyone should have off.
Anyway, good work, and good luck in the future. I believe you to be one of few truly open-minded people in this crazy world full of everything and a bag of chips.
