Column long overdue

Thank you. That's all I have to say. Finally someone has the balls to speak their mind and the truth about the situation that is happening ("The kids are alright," Oct. 17). I agree with you completely and believe the sudden crackdown as they call it or how I say the police abusing their power and using parties as a scapegoat is only hurting the area. If they want a target, how about the high schoolers flocking to the bars at night instead of teens a year or two away from drinking legally in their own houses. Or I have a better idea: how about the robberies or stabbings occurring on Main Street at almost a weekly basis?

I just want to say thank you again for speaking your mind.
