This is in response to Fabio Albertin's article claiming that Mazin Kased is being wrongly portrayed as guilty. If there is an audiotape of him bribing someone, how much more evidence is necessary for him to be guilty? Albertin claims, "The Student-wide judiciary is not obligated to hear just any suit."
Well, this is correct, however, could it be that this suit in particular has been overlooked because he is an SA staff member?
Instead of claiming that Kased is wrongly being accused of bribery, why isn't anyone talking about how he "allegedly" wrongly bribed someone so his party would be victorious?
In my opinion, the ROC party is being treated unfairly because they don't fit in with the legacy of SA Staff members, who are the same people who work for SA every year. This is not a fair representation of our student body, and I am for the ROC and whatever future actions they may take.
