The editorial OThe Lack of Beer at UB Sporting EventsO in the Feb. 18 issue of The Spectrum incorrectly stated that the sale of alcohol at UB sporting events is mandated by SUNY.
The sale of alcohol is not in fact prohibited by the SUNY system. Rather, each individual school within the system makes a decision as to whether to sell alcohol on campus.
