Knifepoint Robbery on North Campus

At approximately 4 p.m. Monday afternoon, a student was robbed at knifepoint in the first floor men's bathroom of Hochstetter Hall.

According to John Grela, director of Public Safety, the suspect was described as a black male, six feet tall, 160 pounds, wearing a red hooded jacket with black stripes on the arms and blue jeans. The victim was not injured, but cash and credit cards were stolen.

Grela said that other than the suspect's description there are no leads, but he urges anyone with information to contact the University Police at 645-2222.
