Freshman parking limits become permanent

After running a pilot program last semester that banned freshmen residential students from parking along the Academic Spine, officials said they are pleased with the program's results and will keep it in place this semester.The program was instituted in response to consistent complaints of insufficient parking on campus.

Comedian Albert Brooks completely monopolized the creation of "Looking for Comedy in the Muslim World." He fills the role of screenwriter and director, as well as taking the liberty of playing himself.The movie begins with an asinine assignment given by former Tennessee Senator Fred Thompson, who recruits Brooks to conduct a study of Muslim humor in order to augment the United States' intelligence of the Middle East.Based on the premise of the movie, viewers may be mislead into thinking that the plot line is garnished with substantial comedy.

Swimmers sink in Ohio

The eight-hour bus ride home Saturday was especially long for the men's and women's swimming and diving teams after both were drowned at the hands of the Ohio Bobcats.Even with four first-place finishes, the UB women (3-6 overall, 0-5 Mid-American Conference) were decisively outscored 131-101 at the Ohio Aquatic Center.

"Molly's Pub gives up license, could reopen"
