Both the women and the men posted program best finishes against some of the best collegiate runners in the Northeast.
University at Buffalo cross country competed at Lehigh University’s Paul Short Invitational on Friday, placing ahead of regional competition with several personal record performances.
UB cross country finished in 11th place in the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown in Boston on Friday afternoon.
Both the UB women’s and men’s cross country teams fell short in this weekend’s MAC Cross Country Championship hosted by Bowling Green State University.
Men's basketball (0-2) The Bulls host West Virginia Wesleyan (1-1) in their home opener as the second part of a basketball doubleheader at Alumni Arena on Saturday.
The cross-country team has the opportunity to do something few Buffalo runners have ever done: compete at home in a meaningful meet. The Bulls will welcome the Mid-American Conference to Beaver Island State Park on Grand Island for the 2012 MAC Championships this Saturday.
